To change or set a heading for your text, edit the desired block by clicking on 'Block Edit' and clicking on the pencil icon of that block.
From within the editor window, you may select the heading from the heading dropdown menu, shown below (Paragraph is the default setting). You can choose to highlight the text or select the line to change the heading.
