In your preferred browser, type https://dropin.org.au/. You may care to bookmark this link, for your convenience.

Click on the blue 'Log In' Button as shown in the image below.

Enter your Username and Password into the appropriate fields. The details would have sent to your email, during the registration process.

Username format is firstname.lastname, all lowercase, e.g john.lee. 

If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot your password' link, and enter your username or email associated with your account in the prompt to request a new password.
